Delivery and Tracking Info

Tracking Your Parcel

Tracking is available for most packages sent via a courier service, if tracking is available then your tracking number and link to track your package is sent within your despatch email. If your package doesn't arrive by the by the estimated timescale please email us. Our contact details can be found here.

Please note these are despatch times only and not delivery time scales, delivery times will depend on the service used.

----------

Delivery Time Scales

Delivery time scales are dependent on the order value and products ordered. For smaller items we use a Royal Mail service, for all other items a courier service would be used. Please note our order cut off time is usually 2pm Monday - Friday and we do not dispatch orders over the weekend. So if you place an order after the cut off time on Friday, this parcel will not leave us until the following working day which would be Monday, unless it is a bank holiday.

Courier: Depending on the product value either a next working day service or a standard 2-3 working day service will be used for UK orders, International orders would be sent using a 3-10 working day service. We also offer express and timed delivery services for an additional cost during the checkout process.

Tracking details can be provided for most items. Please be aware that once an item is dispatched from our warehouse, it is beyond our control, as we rely on third party courier services to get your goods to you on time. Due to this we cannot guarantee delivery times, regardless of what delivery option is used.

Please note a next working day delivery however, cannot be an absolute guarantee of service. It represents the standard we aspire to achieve on goods marked as such. We will not pay compensation or refund postage should your delivery arrive late. (Feedback on delivery times is always welcome to help us refine our service even more).

IMPORTANT: Please check the item for any damage before signing as you are signing to receive the goods in perfect condition. If the item is damaged refuse to accept the item. GhostBikes.com / UK Good Deals Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. Please make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received.

Address Accuracy, Delivery & Inspection of Goods

Customers are responsible for ensuring that both billing and delivery addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Orders will be dispatched strictly to the address details provided at the time of purchase.

Our checkout includes an address auto-suggest feature which predicts addresses based on what you start typing. While this is designed to help, it is at times easy to select an incorrect address by mistake.

Please ensure that you carefully double-check the full address, including the house name or number and postcode, before completing your order. Many streets share the same name across different towns, and an incorrect postcode may result in delivery to the wrong location.

A signature is required for most deliveries. By signing for the parcel at the delivery address, you confirm that the goods have been received into your care, complete and undamaged.

Customers should inspect their delivery immediately upon receipt and must refuse delivery of any parcels that appear damaged, leaking, or incomplete.

In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days.

We are not always able to pass delivery instructions (such as leaving parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour) to couriers, and even when passed on, couriers may not follow them.

Customers may choose to provide safe-place or delivery preferences directly with the courier via the courier’s website. Any such instructions are given entirely at the customer’s own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered under these instructions.

International Deliveries

From July 1st 2017, UK Good Deals ltd can accept orders from most countries. Please note that delivery charges and VAT rates will vary according to each destination countries.

----------

Will I be charged custom and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this applies to both retail and wholesale customers). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
