Bad Weather Conditions...

could mean our shop is likely to be closed between the 6th - 7th of January 2010. Please call prior to visiting us in Preston before leaving your home! Online and telephone orders will still be taken as normal, we are expecting a high call volume rate this week so please try again if there is a delay in answering your call or lines are busy. Please email us any questions for a swift reply. We will endeavour to despatch all orders as usual within this period, however we cannot guarantee this if the weather causes problems for our courier service providers. Beat the VAT increase...

By buying before the 1st of Jan 2010 & avoid giving away more of your hard earned cash than is necessary! The government will be raising the current reduced rate of VAT at 15% to the previous higher rate of 17.5% on 01/01/2010 so you only have a few days before the same items will cost you 2.5% more than they would now!

Longer Opening Times For Christmas...

We have extended our opening hours for the Christmas period to make shopping with Ghost Bikes even more convenient. From the 23rd of November to the 23rd of December our telephones lines will be open from 8am till 10pm ? Monday to Friday, from 9am till 8pm on Saturdays and 9am to 6pm on Sundays. We are also extending our shop hours for longer ? no appointment is necessary so you can pop down at your convenience. Shop hours are 9am till 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am till 6pm on a Saturday and from 11am to 5pm on a Sunday. Last Xmas Order Dates...

Make sure you order by our recommended last order dates to avoid disappointment and ensure that you receive your goods in good time before Christmas. Our Last Courier Dispatch date is the 23rd December 12pm (Recommended date 22nd by 2pm) Last Royal Mail dispatch date is the 22nd December 12pm (Recommended date 16th by 2pm) These dates are for the UK Mainland orders only, please order by the 12th of December to avoid disappointment if you need delivery outside this location. Please note we are only guaranteeing to dispatch your order if placed by the last dispatch date advised. After which it is up to the courier / RM service provider to deliver your parcels on time. Although our couriers have an excellent success rate, during Christmas we advise all our customers not to leave orders till the last moment to avoid disappointed.
