OUTERSHELL

Microcellulare PU foam - This PU foam has an open cell structure. As the material is slowly strained, it remains soft and flexible, whereas upon sudden impact, the open cells in the material increase their resilience with increasing speed, to harden the material and provide greater protection.
3D air mesh - This knitted fabric has an open, 3-dimensional structure that ensures good ventilation while riding. 3D air mesh is a must-have for long touring riders.

EVA foam - EVA is one of the materials popularly known as 'expanded rubber' or 'foam rubber'. EVA is used as a shock absorber in many REV'IT! products.
