All items (excluding bikes) are sold with a 28 day return to base warranty. This is for manufacturing faults only and does not include damage caused by the user, misuse or wear and tear. This does not exclude your statutory rights.

Our description of products are generalisations; we do not guarantee the 'suitability' of goods for any specific person or use. As with any mail order purchase the choice of 'suitability' lies with the consumer based on our fair and accurate description. Once goods have been used they are classed as second hand and cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.
The Item must not have been assembled or used and must be returned to us as new and complete with the invoice/receipt. A refund will be made minus any postage costs or an exchange will be offered.
At GhostBikes.com we have a 30 day returns policy, so if you decide the item isn't right for you, you can simply return it for a full refund. All we ask for is that you complete the returns form (a copy of which can be downloaded here), fill in the applicable section and return the item to the address below. In some cases we can also arrange a pick up service however this is chargable.

A refund or exchange will be given provided that the goods are in as new condition, with ALL original packaging and tags in place, during this time you have a duty of care towards these items. You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. If we have got your order wrong or the product has a manufacturing fault we'll even refund the return postage, however we do need your reciept to do that. For a small charge we can also arrange to pick up your returns, as these charges differ please call us for more information.
