The Cobrra Nemo 2 is a motorcycle chain lubrication system developed by Cobrra of Slovakia. The Nemo 2 works on the principle of compression created within the unit itself. This is one of the most easy to install and maintain system as it requires no modifications to your bike and it is virtually maintenance free as the moving parts within the unit itself is lubricated by the same gear oil used to lubricate your chain.
The kit includes the Nemo 2 reservoir (a multi-chamber counter-rotating reservoir) made from a light aluminum alloy and a thin black plastic feed hose. An adjustable guide arm for the drip tube is included which helps locate the exact position for the tip of the drip tube, just over the chain. Several zip ties and two small adhesive hose clips, along with a setup guide are also included.

Specifications include:
- NEMO 2 is installed on the motorbike handlebars and provides immediate chain lubrication while riding, for instance after rides in the rain, fast rides, rides in a dusty environment, or after a certain mileage
- NEMO 2 works on the principle of compression, the oil is displaced under pressure (it does not flow out by gravity). Therefore it is not necessary to change the oil depending on the ambient temperature. It works reliably in warm and in cold weather. The motorbiker can rely upon the oil being displaced and the chain being lubricated every time.
- Casing and Rectifier are constructed from CNC Aluminium Alloy
- Uses a compression principle generated within the unit itself and is not reliant on vacuum or gravity. No modifications to the bike are required.
- 80W-90 transmission oil for regular and high speed; Bio oil for off road
- Approximately 3000 miles can be achieved per reservoir fill depending on the riding conditions (Rain, Dirt, etc)
- Lubricate every 100-200 miles or so, or more frequently depending on riding conditions.
- Viewing of the oil reservoir status can be done by either opening the lid or the oil level indicator at the bottom of the housing.
- Chain lubrication does not cause motorbike contamination by oil
- The hose is steadily directed towards the chain by means of the hose rectifier made of light aluminum alloy
- Oil distribution through inconspicuous thin black pressure hose
- 6mm diameter mounting hole to mount reservoir to handlebars (fittings not included)
How To Operate
- The lubrication procedure is performed during riding by rotating the NEMO 2 in the arrow direction (clockwise) by ¼ of a revolution (recommended oil amount)
- The lubrication is accomplished after approximately 3 minutes of slow oil dissipation to the chain
- The lubrication procedure should be performed every 100 up to 200 miles depending on drive velocity, dustiness and meteorological conditions. It is recommended to lubricate the chain after each refuelling for the purpose of regularity. After driving in rain and after cleansing the chain (when the chain is free of lubricant completely) it is necessary to lubricate the chain (it is recommended to rotate the NEMO 2 by ½ of a revolution)
- When the lubrication procedure has been performed and the motorcycle is to be stopped within 3 minutes incidentally, it is sufficient to rotate the device against the arrow direction into the original position and the lubrication process is stopped. After putting the motorcycle in motion, perform the lubrication procedure again
- When the reservoir of the NEMO 2 is stopped and will not rotate clockwise any further, it is empty and it should be refilled with oil
- The oil level in the NEMO 2 is indicated by how far the indicator block is protruding from the underside of the reservoir
- The stainless container may be used as a ready-for-use oil magazine
- When following the recommended oil quantities, the chain will be lubricated optimally and the motorcycle will be not contaminated by oil (because no excess oil will be present on the chain).
