The Givi ZT480F-2R Tanklock Replacement Nylon Flange is part of the latest Givi collection.

The ZT480F-2R (previously the ZT480F) is a replacement nylon rim which fixes to the motorcycle's fuel tank to allow a Givi Tanklock tank bag to be attached. One of these rims is included in every new Givi Tanklock tankbag, but for those with more than one motorcycle, or where an incomplete Tanklock tankbag has been purchased second-hand, a spare ZT480F-2R is exactly what is called for.

The Givi Tanklock system allows you to attach and detach a Tanklock-range tank bag quickly and easily from your bike using a trigger at the base of the tank bag, but importantly it ensures the bag is attached securely whilst the bike is on the road. A further development of this is the Givi TanklockED range of tank bags which adds a keylock to the trigger, securely locking the bag to the bike.

To attach the ZT480F-2R flange to the bike's tank you need a specific Givi Tanklock BF Fitting Kit - these are sold separately and you can check if a BF ring is available for your bike by clicking on the Specification tab for a full list.

The range of Tanklock-compatible tank bags made by Givi include the XS307, XS308, XS319 and XS320 Xstream Range Bags, ST602 and ST603 Sport-T Range Bags, EA117 and EA118 Easy Range Bags, MT505 Metro-T Range Bag and ST605B, UT809 and UT810 TanklockED lock-fitted Bags.
