Warranty Duration
The majority of the products on our website come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty, with some products carrying a longer warranty period. If there is no warranty information on the product description or specification tab, they are sold with a 30 day return to base warranty.
This warranty is for manufacturing faults only and does not include damage caused by the user, misuse or wear and tear. The return must comply with our terms and conditions. This does not exclude your statutory rights.
Claiming Under Warranty
If there is a warranty claim please email our customer service team on support@ghostbikes.com together with the following information:

A clear description of the fault
Please wait for us to provide further instructions before sending the item back as in some cases we may be able to resolve the warranty issue quicker and without the need to inspect it further.
We reserve the rights to inspect all items which are being returned to us and will look to repair or replace subject to availability. We aim to deal with your warranty claim within 3 working days, however in rare cases where the manufacturer has asked to inspect good this may take slightly longer. At all times we will keep you informed and work with you to get the best resolution for you, quickly.
When a product is out of warranty
If your item is out of warranty we may still be able to help you with a repair or with parts at a reasonable price. Please contact us on support@ghostbikes.com with details of the fault or part you require.
Suitability
Our description of products are generalisations; we do not guarantee the 'suitability' of goods for any specific person or use. As with any mail order purchase the choice of 'suitability' lies with the consumer based on our fair and accurate description. Once goods have been used they are classed as second hand and cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault. If you are unsure about the product suitability please contact us and we will help you make an informed decision on whether the item is right for you and answer any questions you may have.
