What is P/J homologation: it's a motorcycle helmet safety certification for modular (flip-up) helmets, allowing them to be legally worn with the chin bar either closed (Protective) or open (Jet/open-face). It confirms the helmet passed specific safety tests for both configurations, allowing riders to safely switch between full-face and open-face modes while riding.
