The Nolan X-804 RS Full Face Motorcycle Helmet - D.o.c. Evo 373 combines Italian motorsport heritage with advanced carbon fibre construction, race-focused aerodynamics and premium rider comfort. Engineered for demanding motorcyclists, the X-804 RS Ultra Carbon delivers lightweight construction, innovative safety technology and an aggressive design suited to both track and road riding.

Manufactured entirely in Italy, the Nolan X-804 RS Ultra Carbon features a lightweight carbon fibre shell engineered for strength, protection and high-speed performance. The removable Racetrack Aerodynamic Spoiler (RAS) helps optimise aerodynamic efficiency, while the Racing Air Flow (RAF) ventilation system promotes effective airflow during demanding riding conditions. The specially shaped lower rear edge improves neck mobility, particularly when adopting an aggressive racing position. The helmet meets the UN/ECE 22-06 safety standard.

The ultrawide, flat and scratch-resistant visor provides increased upper and lateral visibility, while the Pinlock® fog-resistant inner visor helps maintain clear vision in changing weather conditions. The Safety Visor Lock System (SVLS), screwed safety fixing mechanism and adjustable visor positioning system provide additional security and functionality for performance-oriented riding.

Inside, the Carbon Fitting Racing Experience comfort padding combines with the advanced Liner Adjustable Fitting (LAF) system and anatomically shaped 3D cheek pads to deliver a secure, personalised fit.
