Manufactured entirely in Italy, the Nolan X-804 RS features an advanced ultra-carbon shell engineered to deliver an excellent combination of strength, low weight and impact protection. Meeting the UN/ECE 22-06 safety standard, the helmet incorporates the Nolan Emergency Release System (NERS), designed to assist with helmet removal in emergency situations. A secure D-ring retention system and removable chin straps contribute to its racing-focused construction, while the specially optimised lower rear edge improves neck mobility when adopting an aggressive, forward-leaning riding position.

The ultrawide, flat and scratch-resistant visor provides enhanced upper and lateral visibility, helping riders maintain awareness when riding in a racing posture. A Pinlock® fog-resistant inner visor helps reduce misting in changing conditions, while the Safety Visor Lock System (SVLS) provides additional visor security. The visor mechanism features screwed safety fixings and adjustable positioning for precise operation.
