The helmet meets the UN/ECE 22-06 safety standard and incorporates the Nolan Emergency Release System (NERS), which facilitates helmet removal in emergency situations. Its D-ring retention system provides secure fastening, while the specially optimised lower rear edge profile improves neck mobility, particularly when adopting an aggressive racing position.

The ultrawide, flat and scratch-resistant visor provides increased upper and lateral visibility, helping riders maintain awareness when riding in a tucked racing position. Nolan's Safety Visor Lock System (SVLS) helps keep the visor securely closed, while the visor mechanism incorporates screwed safety fixings and adjustable positioning. A Pinlock® fog-resistant inner visor helps reduce misting, and an additional track-only visor prepared for tear-off use is included in the box.
