Product description

The Nolan N120-1 Flip Up Motorcycle Helmet - Classico Nobile 315 combines innovative modular technology, Italian craftsmanship and exceptional touring versatility in a premium flip-back motorcycle helmet. Constructed from durable Lexan™ polycarbonate and featuring a refined Classico Nobile 315 finish, the N120-1 offers a sophisticated combination of contemporary styling, advanced functionality and long-distance comfort. Its distinctive backwards-rotating chin guard allows riders to switch between full-face protection and open-face freedom, making this versatile modular helmet an excellent choice for daily commuting, extended touring adventures and everyday motorcycling.

Manufactured entirely in Italy, the Nolan N120-1 features a robust Lexan™ polycarbonate shell designed to provide dependable impact protection and everyday durability. Meeting the UN/ECE 22-06 safety standard, the helmet benefits from P/J dual homologation, allowing it to be used in both the closed (P) and open (J) configurations. Its innovative chin guard rotates backwards using a single-pivot mechanism, offering a distinctive alternative to conventional flip-up helmet designs. The Dual Action chin guard opening system provides convenient operation, while the Microlock2 retention system ensures secure and straightforward fastening. Together, these features deliver the versatility and practicality demanded by riders who regularly alternate between different riding environments.

The ultrawide, scratch-resistant visor provides an expansive field of vision, helping riders maintain awareness of surrounding traffic and changing road conditions. A Pinlock® fog-resistant inner visor is available according to market segment, helping to reduce misting during rides in variable weather. The integrated, adjustable Vision Protection System (VPS) sun visor offers UV protection up to 400 nm and features an automatic retraction system for convenient operation. Combined with the helmet's innovative flip-back functionality, these advanced visor technologies provide excellent flexibility when travelling between bright sunlight, overcast conditions and changing riding environments.

Long-distance comfort is enhanced by Nolan's AirBooster Technology ventilation system, designed to promote effective airflow throughout the helmet and help maintain a comfortable interior environment. The premium Top Clima Comfort inner padding incorporates eco-friendly fabric and an innovative mesh construction, while the Liner Positioning Control (LPC) system allows adjustment of the liner position for a more personalised fit. Anatomically shaped 3D cheek pads feature removable padding and moulded polystyrene lining, while chin straps integrated into the cheek pads contribute to the helmet's carefully considered interior design. An additional wind protector helps reduce unwanted airflow during cooler journeys and motorway riding.

For motorcyclists who want to stay connected on the move, the Nolan N120-1 is prepared for compatible N-Com communication systems, including the M951 R, B902L R, B902 R, B602 R and B101 R series, as well as the ESS III emergency stop signal system. Nolan also confirms that the N120-1 and compatible N-Com system combination is certified to UN/ECE 22-06. Combining Italian craftsmanship, innovative single-pivot flip-back technology and comprehensive touring-focused features, the Nolan N120-1 Classico Nobile 315 delivers an outstanding balance of modular versatility, comfort and advanced functionality for riders who appreciate freedom and flexibility on every journey.
