Product description

The Nolan X-904 UC Full Face Motorcycle Helmet - Gemini 351 combines advanced carbon fibre technology, contemporary Italian styling and exceptional touring comfort in a premium full face motorcycle helmet. Designed for motorcyclists who demand lightweight protection, aerodynamic performance and long-distance comfort, the X-904 Ultra Carbon features a compact, low-volume shell with a sophisticated, sport-inspired profile. Its distinctive Gemini 351 graphic finish complements the helmet's elegant design, making it an excellent choice for sports touring enthusiasts, adventure riders and motorcyclists who regularly undertake extended journeys.

Manufactured entirely in Italy, the Nolan X-904 UC features an advanced ultra-carbon shell engineered to deliver excellent impact resistance while minimising weight and rider fatigue. Meeting the UN/ECE 22-06 safety standard, the helmet incorporates multi-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) protection designed to absorb impact energy across different temperatures, speeds and impact surfaces. Size-specific EPS configurations provide an optimised balance of fit and cushioning, while the Nolan Emergency Release System (NERS) assists with helmet removal in emergency situations. A secure D-ring retention system provides dependable fastening, and Nolan quotes a reference weight of approximately 1,500 g ± 50 g for the size M Puro Black version without accessories.

The ultrawide, flat and scratch-resistant visor provides an expansive field of vision, helping riders maintain awareness of surrounding traffic and changing road conditions. A fog-resistant inner visor helps reduce misting during rides in variable weather, while the integrated Vision Protection System (VPS) sun visor offers five adjustable positions and UV protection up to 400 nm. An emergency retraction control allows the sun visor to be quickly withdrawn when required. Optional tinted and mirrored replacement visors are also available separately, providing additional versatility for different lighting conditions and riding preferences.

Long-distance comfort is enhanced by an advanced ventilation system featuring adjustable upper and chin air intakes, direct airflow channels and a rear extractor designed to help remove warm air from inside the helmet. The premium interior combines breathable mesh fabric with soft polyamide material interwoven with carbon fibres, providing thermoregulating and quick-drying properties. Nolan's advanced Liner Adjustable Fitting (LAF) system allows the upper liner to be customised across four areas using three padding thicknesses, while anatomically shaped 3D Steadyfit cheek pads offer additional fit adjustment through optional replacement padding. Premium Italian Sakura polyamide fabric enhances cheek pad comfort and durability, while the Eyewear Adaptive (EA) system provides additional convenience for riders who wear glasses.

Designed for modern motorcycle touring, the Nolan X-904 Ultra Carbon is prepared for and certified with compatible N-Com Wireless Pro, N-Com Bluetooth+ and N-Com Mesh™ communication systems, allowing riders to integrate communication and navigation technology according to their requirements. Additional practical features include a wind protector and breath deflector, contributing to comfort during extended journeys and changing weather conditions. Combining lightweight ultra-carbon construction, advanced impact protection and a highly adjustable interior, the Nolan X-904 UC Gemini 351 delivers an outstanding balance of premium Italian craftsmanship, touring performance and rider-focused technology.
