The Nolan X-904 UC Full Face Motorcycle Helmet - Puro 324 combines advanced carbon fibre construction, premium touring comfort and contemporary Italian design. Manufactured entirely in Italy, the Nolan X-904 Ultra Carbon features a lightweight ultra-carbon shell engineered to balance impact protection and comfort. A multi-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner provides impact energy absorption across different conditions, with size-specific EPS construction optimising the relationship between fit and cushioning. Meeting the UN/ECE 22-06 safety standard, the helmet also incorporates the Nolan Emergency Release System (NERS) and a D-ring retention system for additional safety and security.

The ultrawide, flat and scratch-resistant visor provides an expansive field of vision, helping riders maintain awareness of their surroundings. A fog-resistant inner visor helps reduce misting in changing weather conditions, while the adjustable Vision Protection System (VPS) sun visor offers five positioning settings and UV protection up to 400 nm. An emergency retraction control allows the sun visor to be quickly withdrawn when required, while optional tinted and mirrored visors provide additional flexibility for different lighting conditions.

Comfort is enhanced by an advanced ventilation system featuring adjustable upper and chin air intakes, direct airflow channels and a rear extractor designed to help remove warm air. The premium interior combines breathable mesh construction with soft polyamide fabric interwoven with carbon fibres to support thermoregulation and moisture management. Nolan's Liner Adjustable Fitting (LAF) system allows customisation across four areas of the upper liner, while anatomically shaped Steadyfit cheek pads and premium Sakura polyamide fabric provide additional comfort. The Eyewear Adaptive (EA) system also accommodates riders who wear glasses.

Prepared for compatible N-Com Wireless Pro, Bluetooth+ and Mesh communication systems, the Nolan X-904 Ultra Carbon offers integrated connectivity options for communication, navigation and entertainment.
