Manufactured entirely in Italy, the Nolan X-904 UC features a lightweight ultra-carbon shell engineered to provide excellent impact resistance while helping to reduce rider fatigue during longer journeys. Meeting the UN/ECE 22-06 safety standard, the helmet incorporates multi-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) protection designed to absorb impact energy across different conditions, with size-specific EPS configurations for an optimised balance of fit and cushioning. The Nolan Emergency Release System (NERS) assists with helmet removal in emergency situations, while the secure D-ring retention system provides dependable fastening.
