Product description

The Nolan X-904 UC Full Face Motorcycle Helmet - Puro I-Ess 338 combines premium Italian craftsmanship, lightweight carbon fibre construction and advanced rider safety technology. Designed specifically for motorcycle touring, the X-904 Ultra Carbon features a low-volume shell that balances protection, comfort and sporty elegance. This dedicated I-ESS version also incorporates an integrated LED visibility system, making it an attractive choice for motorcyclists seeking additional visibility features alongside premium touring performance.

Manufactured entirely in Italy, the Nolan X-904 Ultra Carbon features an ultra-carbon shell engineered to provide effective impact protection while keeping weight low to help reduce fatigue on longer journeys. Its multi-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner is designed to absorb impact energy across different temperatures, speeds and surface conditions, with size-specific EPS construction optimising fit and cushioning. The helmet meets the UN/ECE 22-06 safety standard and incorporates the Nolan Emergency Release System (NERS), allowing emergency responders to assist with helmet removal. A traditional D-ring retention system provides secure fastening.

A standout feature of the Puro I-Ess 338 version is its integrated LED system, designed to increase rider visibility in poor visibility conditions and during emergency braking. The helmet also features an ultrawide, flat and scratch-resistant visor for an expansive field of vision, complemented by a fog-resistant inner visor to help reduce misting. Nolan's adjustable Vision Protection System (VPS) sun visor offers five positioning settings, UV protection up to 400 nm and an emergency retraction control for convenient operation when lighting conditions change.

Designed with long-distance comfort in mind, the X-904 Ultra Carbon combines its lightweight, low-volume construction with a secure fit and practical touring features. A wind protector helps reduce unwanted airflow, while a breath deflector assists with managing exhaled air around the visor. Optional tinted and mirrored replacement visors are also available, allowing riders to adapt their helmet to different lighting conditions and personal preferences.

Prepared for compatible N-Com Wireless Pro, Bluetooth+ and Mesh communication systems, the Nolan X-904 Ultra Carbon offers integrated connectivity options for communication, navigation and entertainment. Finished in the distinctive Puro I-Ess 338 design, this Italian-made full face motorcycle helmet combines advanced carbon fibre construction, ECE 22-06 certification and integrated LED visibility technology for riders who value comfort, practicality and additional safety-focused features on every journey.
