We're extending our returns policy, so any orders placed in December can be returned until the 31st of Jan.
What We Recommend!
Last Delivery Dates:
We recommend all customers order early to avoid disappointment, as at this time of the year, couriers are extremely busy and weather can cause delays, at present most services are not able to deliver next day. We have provided a 'recommended' and a 'still possible' date for last orders. There is a chance any orders placed after the recommended dates may not arrive on time.
< IMPORTANT: Please note this is only for stock that shows as “IN STOCK AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH” This information can be found next to the item's price when looking at the product. With any stock that shows as a delayed dispatch please add at least an additional one-week delay.
United Kingdom Mainland:
Royal Mail 1st Class: Recommended: Monday 11th December by 2pm - Still possible: Friday 15th December by 2pm
Royal Mail 48hr Service: Recommended: Thursday 7th December by 2pm - Still Possible: Monday 11th December by 2pm
24hr Service Courier: Recommended: Friday 15th December by 2pm - Still Possible: Wednesday 18th December by 2pm
International:
Recommended: Tuesday 5th December. Any orders which have not arrived by Christmas may start arriving between the 28th - 30th December dependant on the service they were posted out on. Orders placed after the same day dispatch cut off time on the 30th December will arrive on or after the 3rd January 2024. After which service should resume as normal.
