Collecting / Reserving Items For Instore Pickup
Want to pick up your order the same day? Sure! You can come and collect your order from our store, providing that your item/s are in stock in our warehouse!
Whilst our online click & collect service is being integrated you can still call or email us to reserve any item you wish to pick up, and our shop is open daily for you to pick up your goods. Payment for any goods that are reserved will need to be made in-store at the time of collection.
Whilst our in-stock availability status is displayed on all our product pages (see information on product available status's here). If you are traveling far or you are coming in for a specific item, we highly recommend that you call up and double check availability and reserve the item to avoid disappointment. We do sell on multiple channels and there is a slight risk that an item may have been sold in our shop or online before you arrive.
The items will only be reserved for the duration of time agreed at the time of ordering them. Please note if the items are not collected by the agreed time and reserve the right to place them back on sale the following day.
Coming Soon - Order Online & Pick Up Instore
You will soon be able to choose to pick up your items from us directly during the checkout process. Simply select the "instore pick up" option at checkout and an order will be created for you and your stock reserved.
You will then be notified when all your items are in stock and ready to be collected (some items may not be available to pick up same day). You will need to make payment instore to use this option.
We will only reserve the items for a maximum of 3 days unless agreed beforehand.
