Eligibility

GhostBikes.com price match applies only to UK and European Internet retailers and stores that have the identical product IN STOCK for immediate same day despatch or collection (pre-order or just in time deliveries are excluded from this offer).

To qualify, we must be satisfied that 1 - both products are identical (inc colour, size, specification and warranty) and 2 - the product you have found is actually available to purchase on the same website for same day dispatch or collection.

If the price match item is being sold through a marketplace such as eBay or Amazon, the item must be for sale from a verified business seller as a Buy It Now and not an auction style listing.

Prices will be compared on the following conditions

Prices are compared not just on the product price but it also includes the cost of delivery.

Whereby the competitor does not offer a pick up service and you would like to collect the item in person from us the cost of delivery will be taken into account as the total compared price

Please take a screenshot or send a link of the website where the price is cheaper together with a time and date if possible

A Price Match does not usually apply when you use coupons or other promotional offers on the competitor site - please inform us of any offers and we may take this into consideration

A Price Match can not be used in conjunction with other offers running on GhostBikes.com or any of our sister sites

Don?t worry, you have time, a Price Match can be made before purchase or within 7 days of your order. In cases where you have already purchased your product, a part refund will be offered via your original payment method or you may, if you wish, credit this against additional products from GhostBikes.com (any sale items and clearance items will normally be excluded from this offer)

Our Price Promise does not extend to goods sold by private sellers on market places or classified sites

The Price Match Offer only applies to regular stock sold by third parties and not clearance or end of lines items.
